In my role at Enterprise for Youth, I lead corporate and strategic partnerships that connect San Francisco companies with young people through hands-on career experiences. Each opportunity is designed to give youth direct exposure to professionals, build confidence, and expand access to career pathways.

Scope of Work
I manage the full lifecycle of corporate engagement and volunteer programming, from initial partner coordination to day-of execution.

Building and maintaining relationships with companies and organizations to design youth-centered engagement opportunities.

Translating partner capacity into structured experiences such as mock interviews, career panels, and site visits.

Recruiting and organizing employees to participate in youth programs including interview practice, mentorship, and career readiness sessions.

Handling scheduling, communication, and on-the-ground coordination to ensure programs run smoothly and center youth experience.
